WEEK 1

This two hour online workshop will introduce the popular subject of meditation. During this meeting we will begin to understand what meditation is and how it occurs, to then identify the key main components in the process. Also presented will be an introductory overview of the common tools and techniques for meditation followed with an example practice for everyone to experience.

WEEK 2

This two hour online workshop is the second in the series about the popular subject of meditation. This meeting will develop meditation’s mental components and look at the importance of preparing the body as a common tool and technique for meditation. There will also be an example practice to experience.
